Provides support and medication (NRT - Nicotine Replacement Therapy) to treat tobacco dependency gradually over 12 weeks, to aid in stopping smoking, for FREE.

Support is available from our friendly expert advisors by asking your health professional/carer/support worker, or someone you trust, to make a referral for you or,

by calling 01786 433293, or 0800 848484

by emailing fv.fvstopsmokingservice@nhs.scot or,

online: nhsforthvalley.com and searching 'stop smoking' for an online referral form.

We welcome all referrals.

Support can be provided face to face, via Near Me video or by telephone, whatever suits you best.

You may also visit any Community Pharmacy for support and NRT medication to quit smoking.
