Free chair based exercise classes, free kids zumba, free inclusive zumba. 

Thanks to funding from the NHS Health Improvement Fund, we have several free classes for our members aimed at improving people's health and wellbeing in a multitude of ways.

Get in touch for adult sessions, opportunities for children, and those with disabilities and health problems and enjoy our wonderful sessions.
