Support to stop smoking is available throughout both Forth Valley's Health and Social Care Partnership areas (Falkirk, Clacks & Stirling).
You are up to 4 times more likely to quit smoking and stay stopped using support from a stop smoking advisor, and pharmacotherapy (Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT) medication).
QYW Stop Smoking Services are available across Forth Valley, including from Community Pharmacies, and offer support and medication to help you stop smoking; face-to-face, via Near Me video consultations, or the telephone.
Our friendly, expert advisors will explain what NRT treatment is available and help YOU identify the changes you need to make (changing routines, behaviours and coping mechanisms) and support you throughout your quit journey as you become and stay smoke-free.
